Cobham – Flooding Of The Basement
This modern property (built approx. 15 years ago) has suffered water ingress due to heavy rainfall which resulted in water entering into the basement and even wall cavities.
Upon arrival, our emergency response team has extracted the standing water (approx. 3-4 inches deep), we have uplifted carpet and underlay in the entertainment room, cleaned and sanitised all of the affected areas.
Drying equipment has been installed to lower air humidity levels to prevent secondary damage.
Our surveyor has attended the site and carried out a full inspection of the affected areas; a technical report has been prepared for client's insurance which allowed him to claim money back for our services from his insurers.
